Can you deliver to me outside of Australia?

All items that Scorptec sell are intended for use within Australia only. Please understand that there may be some limitations outside of our control that may affect the functionality of our products overseas. Overseas regions may impose different standards to power, voltages, and wireless communication and radio spectrum. We source all of our products through Australian supply chains to ensure that our products work as they should within Australia.

Currently we are only able to have orders delivered within Australia, and do not have a carrier service to deliver overseas, nor the ability to fully support our products overseas. We also do not have the ability to fully support products that have been exported overseas. Any warranty claims, returns, replacements, or technical support may be limited and/or unavailable for products located outside Australia. In addition, manufacturer warranties may only be valid within Australia.  We do not partner with any freight forwarding service, and please be aware that in order to ship your goods, we do need a valid street address. Some freight forwarding providers may supply what appears to be a standard street address; however, if we identify an address as belonging to a freight forwarding service, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.

Please also note that any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, GST cannot be removed, discounted, or refunded on purchases, including orders that are subsequently exported outside Australia.
