Our offshore sales & support team handle and process the majority of queries made via our 1300 number, through our website, and on our Zendesk based ticketing system. They also act as a backup for our direct store phone lines to ensure that no calls go unanswered even if all of our staff in store are already serving customers.
The sales & support team have access to all of the same systems and information that our retail teams have and strive to provide the same level of service and expertise for our customers. They also work closely with and are supervised by our senior Melbourne based Sales & Customer Service Staff.
