What is an ex-demo or refurbished item?

From time to time we have refurbished and/or ex-demo products available for purchase. These are generally products that have been returned shortly after purchase, or have been on display in one of our stores. Our team thoroughly inspect and test all these products before they are made available for sale. 

Generally, these products will be offered at a lower price than a brand new version (this may not always be the case during sales events). For the majority of products, we will honour the full manufacturer's warranty terms on the demo product.
