Pickup orders with all items in stock are usually picked & ready to be collected within 1-2 business hours of being placed depending on the size of the order and how busy the team at the store are.
Delivery orders with all items in stock are usually picked & dispatched within 1 business day. However, it may take us a bit longer to get through all the orders after weekends and public holidays.
I paid for express shipping, does this mean you prioritise dispatching my order?
Not directly, no. Our team pick & process orders based off when they were received in combination with the various delivery pickup cutoffs at our warehouse. Sometimes this means that express orders are picked first, but as most orders are shipped within 1 business day we do not prioritise them.
It has been a couple days and my order has not shipped yet.

Everything was in stock when I placed my order but now I am seeing an ETA for one or more of my products.
