What delivery options do you offer?

We offer both Australia Post eParcel and Star Track Courier delivery options, with standard and express services for each. 

We generally see standard delivery take 2-5 business days from the time of dispatch to most areas in Australia. 

Express deliveries typically take 1-2 business days from the time of dispatch to major metropolitan areas.

Why can’t I see a delivery method?

We won’t always show you all the typical delivery options on all products. This is likely due to size and weight limitations, or if the standard delivery charge is the same price as the express service.

Do you offer same day or next day delivery?
Unfortunately not at this stage, although we do see a lot of express deliveries in Melbourne and Sydney delivered the next business day after dispatch this is not a guaranteed service we offer right now.
Do you offer guaranteed, money back express delivery timeframes?

Unfortunately not – we utilise AusPost’s eParcel service which is not a part of the AusPost Express Post guarantee.

The delivery timeframes we provide are based on the typical delivery timeframe that we see and most of our customers experience.

Do you offer out of hours or weekend delivery?
These services are not typically offered for our deliveries; however they will sometimes be offered by AusPost or Star Track for individual deliveries.
Do you provide point to point delivery services?
For particularly large, commercial orders we will sometimes organise a point to point delivery as it will often be the fastest and most reliable way to deliver your order. Our team will be in touch before this is organised to confirm the details of the delivery.
Can I organise my own courier to pick up my order?
Yes, you definitely can! These orders will need to be made with the assistance of our sales team via phone, chat, or email. Once your order is picked and packed, we will be in touch with the pickup details & dimensions.
Can you deliver to me outside of Australia?
Unfortunately not, currently we are only able to have orders delivered within Australia.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box, Parcel Locker, or Parcel Collect?

Yes you can! Orders for delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, & Parcel Lockers must use the Australia Post delivery service, our couriers can only deliver to physical addresses.

Please note that some items may be too large to send via Australia Post and we will not be able to have them delivered to your PO Box, Parcel Locker, or Parcel Collect.

If the item you have ordered is too large for AusPost to deliver, we will need to have your order sent via courier to a phsyical address.
