The product went on special, or the price dropped, just after my order was completed!

We apologise for the inconvenience, we are not able to provide any discount or refund after an order has been completed as we do not provide price protection. We understand this may be frustrating and may seem unfair – however we would not ask for you to pay any additional amount if the product price increased shortly after your order. 

Due to the number of products we sell & support, our sales team are not often aware of what will be going on special before the sale. We always do our best to provide the right balance of the best prices and best service!
