Does someone have to be home to receive my order?

All our deliveries require a signature on delivery, so someone will need to be present to sign for the order when delivery is attempted. If no one is available, or the delivery partner is not able to safely reach the premises your order will be taken to the local post office or collection depot and a card will be left for you with collection details. 

I missed the delivery; can you have another delivery attempted?

Generally we do not provide redelivery attempts as these incur an additional fee from Australia Post or Star Track. If you need a redelivery organised please get in touch with our team who can help organise this for you and advise of any costs they may be incurred.

I was home all day and they never attempted delivery.
We are sorry to hear this. We find that there is almost always a good reason why it may seem like no delivery attempt was made. If you can collect your order from your local collection point, please collect your order as soon as it is convenient and let us know so we can follow this up with the delivery partner. If not, please get in touch with our team and we will help follow this up for you.
No one will be home, can you redirect my delivery?
As redirections incur additional fees, and the address provided on the order is often a part of the seller & buyer protections for various payment methods – we do not offer redirections on deliveries.
